How do I book a grazing platter for an event?

If you would like to go ahead and book one of our PREMIUM grazing platters, please fill out our contact us form with the details of your event, or call us on 07595452846. We typically respond within 48 hours on the availability of your date.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we would require 50% deposit paid upfront to secure your date and the remaining 50% 5 days prior to the event date.

Do you offer refunds and cancellations?

Unfortunetly not, as you can imagine a lot goes into the planning of the ingredients so we are unfortunetly unable to offer a refund on your deposit in the event of a cancellation. We do however offer the option to change your date once after payment of the deposit (change of date is however subject to availability).

How long do you need to setup at the venue?

Dependeing on the size of the grazing platter, we would require atleast 2 hours to setup prior to the event starting. This will ensure that it is setup ready to wow your guests on arrival.

How do I pay?

We will invoice you upfront for the 50% deposit, and will send you a further invoice for the remaining 50% a week prior to the event. Payment is then made via bank transfer to secure the date.

Do you provide plates, napkins & cutlery?

The grazing platters will come with toothpicks/skewer sticks at standard, and cheese knives. For an additional charge, we can also supply napkins, biodegradable plates & bamboo forks.

Do you charge mileage?

We don't charge mileage if the venue is within 15 miles of Bracknell. For anything further afield, we would charge £0.50p per mile, and a £40 flat fee for London to cover additional charges incurred ie parking, congestion etc.

Do you cater for specific dietry requirements?

Yes, absolutely! Please let us know if any of your guests have any allergies or specific dietary requirements so that we can ensure that we omit certain items. If you have any special requirements for items to be added to the platters please do let us know, or if there are items you really don't want included we more than happy to take those into consideration!

How long does the grazing table last?

Typically, the grazing table is setup to be complete as the guests arrive. We would typically put the meat and refigerated items out last which should be consumed within 4 hours. Grazing tables must be away from sunlight and radiators, preferably in a cool and controlled area in line with food and hygiene standards.
